Delvene Lee

She is a highly experienced interior designer with 17 years of industry expertise, including 7 years in Dubai, UAE. She has successfully worked on diverse projects in Australia and the Middle East, covering hotels, residential spaces, retail outlets, commercial establishments, and mixed-use developments. Delvene recently joined KEO as the Head of Interior Design, following her tenure at Studio International Engineering Consultants, where she bolstered the interiors team during her 2.5-year stint in the Dubai office.

Upon her arrival in Dubai in 2016, Delvene joined NORR Group for four years. During her time there, she led the interior team, and established a distinct design ethos. Delvene played a pivotal role in the design and delivery of several notable projects, including the ongoing construction of Ciel Tower, set to become the world’s tallest hotel tower.

Delvene pursued her undergraduate and graduate studies at Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane, Australia. She earned a Bachelor of Built Environment (Interior Design) in 2004 and a Master of Architecture in 2010. Subsequently, she spent 11 years at The Buchan Group, working in their Gold Coast and Brisbane offices.

Delvene approaches design holistically, ensuring a comprehensive process from conceptualization to detailed design and delivery. She believes that exceptional design combines inspiration with consistent implementation. Her extensive regional experience has facilitated her involvement in integrated design processes, collaborating closely with different disciplines from project initiation to completion.  As the new Head of Interior Design for KEO, she aims to work closely with KEO’s sustainability team to drive change by helping clients to make the right choices and deliver innovative solutions for the community.
